PetShedZone.com — honest dropship, no inventory held.

Shipping

7-12 business days via YunExpress/4PX (US/EU). Free over $49. Tracking within 48h of supplier fulfillment. Delays on holidays. Address errors = buyer responsible.

Payments

Free plan checkout is via email — we send you a PayPal.me or Stripe Payment Link manually after confirming stock. When we upgrade to Stripe Checkout later, cards are processed by Stripe, never stored on our server.

Returns & refunds

• Defective/damaged: report within 14 days with photos — we file supplier claim, refund or reship.
• Wrong size/color due to us: reship.
• Change-of-mind: not accepted (dropship, supplier charges). Please measure before ordering.

Warranty

Products sourced direct — 30-day support. We handle supplier issues for you.
